Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days and depending on the shipping method you have chosen, all items should arrive within 5 working days.
All items will be individually wrapped and safely packaged before being shipped via your chosen method, either Royal Mail or Inpost.
Our P&P charges take into account all packaging as well as postage costs, by including this in our P&P, it is our aim to keep the individual item price down. This also means that the more you order at once the more cost effective it is, a win for both you and us.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you receive your order in perfect condition. However we do understand that accidents and mistakes do happen.
If this is the case please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can rectify the situation. Obviously we would always like to replace any damaged/defective item. However as these are bespoke items we understand this may not always be a suitable option.
